Due to the nature of digital products, once a purchase is made, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for digital products, including online training materials.

7.2 Consultancy Services

For online consultancy services, cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend the scheduled appointment, no refund will be issued. Refunds for cancelled services will be processed within 14 business days.
